How to View or Email DVIR

Overview

Follow these steps to view or email Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) through the Admin portal.

Access and View DVIR

  1. Open the Admin portal and Log in with your credentials

  2. Click "DVIR" section

  3. Select the "View/Email" option

  4. Select the date range for reports

  5. Choose the specific driver and Click "View/Send" to proceed

Important Notes

  • Use specific date ranges to find reports quickly

  • Keep DVIR records for compliance purposes

  • Email reports are sent in PDF format

  • Contact support if reports are not displaying correctly
