Finding Your Alert Contacts

  1. Go to the Account section

  2. Select Contact Email/SMS for Alerts

Understanding the Contact List

The contact list displays:

  • Person's name

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

About Alerts

  • All system alerts are delivered to the registered email addresses and/or phone numbers

  • You can choose to receive alerts through email, SMS, or both

  • Multiple contacts can be added to receive alerts

Adding New Contacts

To add a new contact:

  1. Locate the contact information section

  2. Fill in the required contact fields:

    • Name

    • Email address and/or phone number

  3. Click the '+' button to add the new contact

Managing Contact Information

You can:

  • View all existing alert contacts

  • Add new email addresses

  • Add new phone numbers

  • Associate names with contact information

Best Practices

  • Keep contact information up to date

  • Verify email addresses and phone numbers are entered correctly

  • Add backup contacts to ensure important alerts are received

  • Test new contact information after adding it

Ensure that critical contacts are always kept current to receive important system alerts without interruption.
