Generating Travel Log Reports

Overview

Travel Log Reports provide a comprehensive list of all events for your vehicles, including stops, ignition status changes, and movement events. This report helps you track and analyze vehicle activity over specific time periods.

Accessing Travel Log Reports

  1. Navigate to Reports:

    • Select "Reports" from the menu

    • Click on "Travel Log Report"

  2. Configure Report Settings:

    • Select the date range for your report

    • Choose the specific vehicle from the dropdown menu

    • Click "Submit" to generate the report

Available Event Types

The report includes the following events:

  • Stop events

  • Ignition on/off status

  • Vehicle movement events

Important Notes

  • Select appropriate date ranges for manageable report sizes

  • Reports can be generated for one vehicle at a time
